ASU Cloud Storage
ASU offers two ways you can store your files on the web. This will allow you to access your files from any lab computer on campus and your home computer. myfiles.adams.edu for Students and Staff

Papercut is a program that will allow you to keep track of your printing budget and even allow you to print from you home computer!
E-Mail
Students also have an e-mail address associated to their account. These links will demonstrate how to set up and use your e-mail:
Forwarding ASU Emails to a Different Account
If your e-mail has been compromised be sure to check the following settings:
General -> Signature
General -> Vacation Responder
Accounts and Imports -> Send mail as
Accounts and Imports -> Grant access to your account
Filters and Blocked Addresses -> (should probably be empty)
Forwarding and POP/IMAP -> Forwarding-> (disabled)
Your Student Account and Google
Your student account is also a Google account. This means you have access to all of Google's powerful apps. These apps include, but are not limited to:
Google Drive
Google Docs
Google Calendar
Google Sites
Youtube
You can also connect your account to your smartphone. This will allow you to send and receive e-mails, save contacts, associate apps with your account, and much more!
Do-It-Yourself Computer Maintenance

If your computer seems to be running slower than normal, or if your computer had a blatant problem, you may have a virus! Check out the below wiki for basic virus removal.
Sometimes a computer is so infected you cannot do anything! However, you can boot into safe mode. This is a very minimalistic view of Windows that should prevent any viruses from interfering with your removal attempts.
Pop-ups can also be hazardous. Much of the time a pop-up will be a malicious fishing attempt or an attempt to download a virus onto your computer. Here is an easy way to prevent pop-ups from occurring.
