NOTE: If you don't see it on your desktop, in the bottom left search bar search for "calling" and the ASU Remote Help Calling Card should appear.
If you don't see this app anywhere on your computer, search for Software Center in the bottom left. In Software Center, you'll be able to install LogMeIn Rescue Calling Card.

Update Notification
3. Once you hit continue, everything will disappear and you will have to double click the 'ASU Remote Help Calling' icon again.
4. You will then be requested to provide your 'Name' and then select 'Connect'
5. A technician will attempt to join you. If a Microsoft Defender Firewall window appears or if anything requests admin credentials, it is ok to close those windows.
6. When they attempt to join, you'll receive one more message stating that the technician "would like to perform one or more actions on this computer." Click OK and they will be able to remote in.
If you are unable to access the Calling Card app or if the app is requesting admin credentials, go to adams.edu/logmein. It will request a six-digit code, which a tech can provide.
For techs to generate the six-digit code, they can create a new session and then click Create PIN Code.
