Remote Connection – ASU Remote Help Calling Card / LogMeIn Rescue
On a PC / Laptop running Windows 10 setup by Computing Services, there should be an icon on your desktop titled ASU Remote Help Calling Card that is a blue circle with a cross.
If you don't see this icon, search for Software Center in the bottom left. In Software Center, you'll be able to install LogMeIn Rescue Calling Card.
In the app, enter your name and Connect.
If you are unable to access the Calling Card app or if the app is requesting admin credentials, go to adams.edu/logmein. It will request a six-digit code, which a tech can provide.
For techs to generate the six-digit code, they can create a new session and then click Create PIN Code.
