In Chrome click the three dots in the top right > Settings
Then "Privacy and security" on the left side and "Site settings"
At the bottom of this page is "Pop-ups and redirects"
Click "Don't allow sites to send pop-ups or use redirects"

In Firefox select the three-line hamburger menu and then "Settings".
On the left side, select "Privacy & Security" and then scroll down to "Permissions".
Here you can enable or disable "Block pop-up windows".

To block pop-ups using IE select “tools” > “internet options” and then click the “privacy” tab and make sure “turn on pop-up blocker” is checked.
