What is Banner?

Banner is a product of SunGardSCT. It is the administrative system software used by ASU. It is our current database, but it is being replaced by Workday.

ASU Computing Services provides technical support for this product, maintains the hardware and software, administrates the Oracles database in which Banner resides, administrates Banner security and backup, installs upgrades and fixes the software, implements new functionality, and troubleshoots problems.

How do I obtain additional Banner access?

Put in a Banner Accounts & Access ticket describing what Banner forms you need access to and why. Depending on the form, approval will be requested from other staff members.
