Requesting Mac OS and iOS Apps
Staff and Faculty submit a ticket via Quote Request for any new app requests
CS will review request and check Apple Volume Licensing to see if app is available for deployment
If app is available via deployment, CS staff will let requestor know and can move forward with purchase ( if there is a cost), if no cost CS will deploy requested application as requested
a. CS will pay for application via Manager of Support Services pcard and reassign purchase to authorized pcard holder
If app is not available via Apple Volume Licensing, then CS staff will let requestor know if this is approved by CS and if so, they will need to gather an editable version of the terms and conditions and have Purchasing approve these, prior to purchasing software.
Once software is purchased and proof of purchase/license is provided to CS staff, we will deploy application
