==How to Schedule==
*Go to Portal
*Click "Academic Calendar"
*Choose the calendar > Go
*Click "view selected calendar" (ES 105B)
*Click "login"
**Login is required to schedule an event. Be sure not to let it save your password.
*Click "add event" and enter the title, date, times, description, name/email/phone of contact person, and select "add new event" and then log out.

*Be sure to check the calendar to be sure your event was created
*The contact person will need to sign for the key and return it.
*If the group is not a part of ASC faculty/staff you will need someone from the office to open the door.
