Using Filezilla to remotely access Myfiles.adams.edu
You can access Myfiles.adams.edu from any location using Secure FTP. Computing Services recommends Filezilla. You can download it here:https://filezilla-project.org/
Once Filezilla is installed and open, click on File > Site Manager.
Click the New Site button, then enter the information as follows:
Host: myfiles.adams.edu Port: 2222 Protocol: SFTP - SSH File Transfer Protocol
Logon Type: Ask for password User: Enter in your adams state username
Click Connect and enter your password. Add the server's host key to the cache when prompted. You will now be able to drag files from your local computer to the server, and files from the server to your local computer.
