Computing Services has established a weekly maintenance window each Thursday night from 9:00PM to midnight.

  • This will allow Computing Services to perform necessary system maintenance, as well as, to ensure that the large numbers of security-related patches being released are applied on a timely basis. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but this maintenance is critical to the health and security of ASC’s computer network. The day and time were chosen specifically to minimize the impact on evening classes. Computing Services will not perform system maintenance during mid-term or final weeks, but other than these special periods, please plan, on a worse case basis, for the network and/or email system to be unavailable during the maintenance window. This may not always be the case, but to assume otherwise, would not be prudent.
