Creating a Ticket

Computing Services utilizes Request Tracker (RT) to track work requests.

To assist us with providing the best service possible we ask that our customers enter in work tickets for IT related service.

To submit a work ticket: Log in with your ASU account to helpdesk.adams.edu.

On the main page you can view a list of your open tickets. You can search by ticket number in the top left search bar.

To open a new ticket click on "New Ticket" in the top left.

Select the Account Creation Queue.

Username requirements: The last name is required. We recommend first initial, middle initial, and last name. It cannot include a period between the names.
