How to Schedule

  • Go to Portal
  • Click "Academic Calendar"
  • Choose the calendar > Go
  • Click "view selected calendar" (ES 105B)
  • Click "login"
    • Login is required to schedule an event. Be sure not to let it save your password.
  • Click "add event" and enter the title, date, times, description, name/email/phone of contact person, and select "add new event" and then log out.
  • Be sure to check the calendar to be sure your event was created
  • The contact person will need to sign for the key and return it.
  • If the group is not a part of ASC faculty/staff you will need someone from the office to open the door.
