Creating a Ticket
Computing Services utilizes Request Tracker (RT) to track work requests.
To assist us with providing the best service possible we ask that our customers enter in work tickets for IT related service.
To submit a work ticket: Log in with your ASU account to helpdesk.adams.edu
On the main page you can view a list of your open tickets. You can search by ticket number in the top left search bar.
To open a new ticket click on "New Ticket" in the top left.

Select a queue for your ticket based on the type of request. Please enter as much detailed information, in the description. This will assist the technicians with troubleshooting. There may be fields that require mandatory information in order to complete the work ticket. Please make sure to fully complete the fields based on request type.
