What is Banner?

Banner is a product of SunGardSCT. It is the administrative system software used by ASC.

ASC Computing Services provides technical support for this product, maintains the hardware and software, administrates the Oracles database in which Banner resides, administrates Banner security and backup, installs upgrades and fixes the software, implements new functionality, and troubleshoots problems.

How to I obtain additional Banner access?

If you would like additional access, you must speak to your supervisor and obtain approval, and then contact Patti (x7741) and acquire the paperwork for the request.

How do I change my Banner password?

Use the form GUAPSWD - if you miss the deadline to change it, Patti (x7741) can do so for you.
